Is everything in stock ready to ship?
Most of the products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. If any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll notify you promptly.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. You’ll see the exact amount before you confirm your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is processed (usually within 1–3 business days), delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during busy seasons or due to courier issues.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
